I got 5 estimates for my gutters ranging from 14,000- 3200 I received an estimate from Gutters Matters and in came in at 1829.00, total after all repairs, for extra protection with adding drip edge and they were the only ones that said sure and they gave me a great price, they also replaced my fascia board that were deteriating 2879.00. The communication was on point, and Emily thank you for all you did to make this process smooth. I did my research and they had great reviews, they went the extra mile, when they showed up, they had uniforms, the work vehichels were clearly marked and clean, they were all very polite and professional. Marvin related all they were going to do for the day, and sent pictures of all repairs and final result. The gutters look great, I have a warranty, they cleaned up and what else could you ask for? Gutters Matter was one of the best companies I have ever had work for me. They are very professional, quick working and experienced. The house is old and had some surprises damage but they fixed it all and even helped temporarily fix another problem that had nothing to do with gutters. They truly care about the customer and making sure the finished product was exactly what I needed.
Gutter Matters was one of five company quotes considered. They had great reviews and were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I contracted for gutter replacements and new facia (including frieze), soffits and rakes. I had no major concerns about the gutters, but required multiple rework attempts for the aluminum trim on the facia and rakes. The metal craftsman sincerely aimed to ensure my satisfaction. In all fairness, finding the talent to perform aluminum trim work is in short supply regionally. Throughout the process, Olivia was fantastic and very prompt with each contact. I met with two project managers, Marvin and John, at the start of the project and they quickly addressed each of my concerns.

Absolutely thrilled with these new gutters. I took a chance on Gutters Matter because of their Google reviews, and I was not disappointed! The crew came out and was super friendly and professional. They all introduced themselves and gave me a no hassle up front price. Military discount, too! I didn't even ask for it, but they saw me in uniform and it knocked about $200 off the bill. That being said, I would've been glad either way with the quality of the workmanship. The main Gutter Guy was Marvin, and he was all smiles, as were Sam, Fred, and Bill. I had a few concerns about the drainage behind my house, so Marvin added a 180-degree bend to one of my downspouts so I don't get a puddle back there anymore. I can't say enough good stuff about Marvin and his crew. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service. Nobody wants to spend actual money on gutters, but these were absolutely affordable and worth it!

The two gentlemen that came out to clean my gutters were knowledgeable and kind. They could have just cleaned my gutters and left. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Gutters Matter. They’ve cleaned and repaired my gutters for two years now, and I won’t be calling anyone else moving forward. They are always polite and respectful, and they get right to work. They roof, lawn and driveway are always completely cleared of debris so there’s nothing at all left to do once they’re finished.

Wow! This crew did an incredible job with our gutters. They look absolutely fantastic and the crew was so thoughtful in their treatment of our property, leaving it in pristine condition —even better than when they arrived quite frankly because we had mulch that was all over the sidewalk and driveway from rain over pour from the roof due to not having gutters. Additionally, we were scheduled for Service next week, but I mentioned that I could really use to get the gutter sooner and they put us on their first availability to get them done today. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may be considering adding gutters to their home.
If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. They provided the service I requested to a satisfactory level. The reason for not rating them 5 stars was due to requiring them to come back to the home twice after initial service on the same day. There were some items that were not noticeable to me initially becuase my inability to get up on my roof safely at my age. But, I made the trip up there eventually with some neighborly help. What I will say is that Emily and the team, worked with me every step of the way to make things right. That matters to me a lot as things happen during jobs and honest mistakes on both company and client can arise. So THANK YOU for your professionalism. Would I hire them again? Yes. Provided updates about any timeframe discrepancies which was great. Very friendly and professional and made quick and easy work of my property. The gutters were packed from trees that had been taken down and they cleared them easily and also removed debris from my roof while up there so that was amazing as well. I was very pleased with the process and how they provided before and after images showing the gutters to be completely clean. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We had professional interactions and a good attitude from workers. What I also appreciate form this group is that if they see minor gutter issues, they will repair them right then. No fee. You have to appreciate good service and a fair price in the world today. These guys are motivated to provide just that! I plan to use them again and already booked my spring appointment. Done!

The people whom I had the pleasure of working with on this project made it "seamless". i was also impressed with professionalism and understanding that my budget had very little wiggle room for extra. We were provided a quote virtually based on pictures and they had the best rate so we decided to choose them for our gutter guards. We signed a contract and in the contract, it did mention that prices could vary based on estimates in person. I requested an in person estimate prior to installation however, they said they only provide Estimates when they come to service. Once they arrived, we got a phone call saying that the price was going to increased greater than $1000 based on the in person measurements. We were very shocked and argued that this is not a fair contract or agreement. We were able to agree upon a price, Although we were still disappointed as we could’ve gone with another company, whose price was better. Gutters were clogged and leaking. Decided to use this company. They ended up having a last minute opening at the end of the day. I got an email with an invoice, but they never showed. Turns out they went to the wrong house. I called them and they fixed it right away. They still came and cleaned and repaired my gutters even though the sun had set. It's been a couple months and haven't had anymore issues!

Gutters were clogged and leaking. Decided to use this company. They ended up having a last minute opening at the end of the day.I got an email with an invoice, but they never showed. Turns out they went to the wrong house. I called them and they fixed it right away. They still came and cleaned and repaired my gutters even though the sun had set.It's been a couple months and haven't had anymore issues!

Great price, even better service! The crew was quick and went over and beyond what was required. They did an amazing job with the gutter installation, but they also blew off (cleaned) my entire driveway all the walkways and the back patio (areas they didnt even work in). The also cleared all the debris off the roof for me. Incredibly friendly and hard working crew!!! We recently had some new gutters put in with gutter guards, and it mostly was a great experience. The install was quick, and the quality of the actual work being done was satisfactory. The workers were also nice and professional during the installation. I am not giving 5 stars because of the communication from the office to the workers. I specifically wanted the new gutters that I selected to connect to my existing corrugated pipe in the ground. I talked to the office before the work was scheduled and they said quote "that with the new gutters you selected, we will still be able to connect to the existing corrugated pipe without any issues. So there shouldn?t be any concern on your end ? the connection will be handled seamlessly during installation" . When the work was being done, the workers informed me that they do not have the correct adapters/connectors to hook in. They did take the time to tell me this, and offer suggestions on what I can do myself to connect the new gutters to this system, but it is disappointing that I have to do this myself when the office assured me that this would be taken care of.

Overall satisfied, the 2 guys that installed the gutter was very polite and professional. The only issue that bothered me a little was the spacing of the gutter wedges, I have angled fascia board so the wedges keep the gutter straight. The wedges were not evenly spaced so looking up from the ground you can easily see them , some are bunched closer together and others are farther apart, not a big deal, but I would have given five stars if they were evenly spaced, this would have been very easy to do.
They have responded, however say that they are no longer offering siding repair at this time. Also, our area is outside of their service area. We appreciate Gutter Matters quick response.

Gutter Matters was one of five company quotes considered. They had great reviews and were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I contracted for gutter replacements and new facia (including frieze), soffits and rakes. I had no major concerns about the gutters, but required multiple rework attempts for the aluminum trim on the facia and rakes. The metal craftsman sincerely aimed to ensure my satisfaction. In all fairness, finding the talent to perform aluminum trim work is in short supply regionally. Throughout the process, Olivia was fantastic and very prompt with each contact. I met with two project managers, Marvin and John, at the start of the project and they quickly addressed each of my concerns.

I have selected Gutters Matter for Gutter Cleaning service, and here are the reasons why I chose them: 1. The response time - even though I requested for a quote at weird time (after regular business hours over the weekend), they responded right away to each message. 2. Professionalism - all the messages I received were very professional and punctual and provided additional information without having to ask. 3. Fully-insured - it was important for me to make sure that the company is insured due to the nature of the service (not the safest or the easiest). If anything were to happen during their service, I had to make sure neither party would be burdened with liability costs associated with any damages or injuries. 4. Availability - they were available right away! On the day of service, two associates showed up 30 minutes early (since I mentioned "the earlier the better"). They went straight to work and swiftly completed the service in less than an hour. After the completion, they have shown me several before/after pictures and cleaned up all the debris around the house. Invoice was sent right after the service, and making the payment was a breeze. When I posted a requirement for a small gutter installation job, Gutters Matter called within the hour offering to come out the same afternoon to scope the work and provide a written estimate. By the time they arrived 2 hrs later, 3 other companies had responded to my post but turned down the work because the job was "too small." Gutters Mattter provided a fair estimate which I accepted. We scheduled a start the next day and they were on time to the minute with a crew of four who installed the new gutters ordered in less that three hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even cleaned out my existing gutters ... a task which I had not ordered and which had not been included in their estimate.
